LLC has recently completed the acquisition of Heritage Building Specialties
from Paul and Geri Thieme. Woodmax
owner, Tim Worms, is very excited about this new venture and is committed to
continuing the excellent product quality and outstanding customer service you
have come to expect. He is also planning
on growing the business with new products and new capabilities. Check back here for web site upgrades

Paul and
Tim will be working closely together in the next few weeks as Paul teaches Tim
about his business, and together they will ensure a smooth and seamless
transition. While Paul looks forward to
turning the page on this new chapter in his life, he will truly miss all of the
wonderful customers he has come to know so well over the years.
